Responsibilities

  • Site delivery and performance across the entire portfolio of raw material categories
  • Partner with senior business stakeholders and partners to identify sourcing needs, conduct buyer/market profiles, share marketplace trends, share best practices, and define acceptable service levels
  • Leading RFx activities for new and existing opportunities, negotiate contracts, and coordinate supplier integration plans with internal stakeholders. Manage and own key and critical supplier relationships with focus on performance management KPI’s and continuous improvement
  • Conducting regular Operational Reviews as per Procurement’s Governance processes
  • Support ongoing performance and risk reporting within function and presenting to senior business leaders
  • Ensure clear objectives and sourcing strategies in the reduction of the total cost of ownership and risk, while increasing innovation, sustainability, customer service, compliance and quality
  • Participate in global transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of targeted benefits
