Requirements

Responsibilities

Ondersteunen van de chef-kok: Assisteren bij het ontwikkelen van menu’s, plannen van weekmenu’s en bijdragen aan het bedenken van nieuwe gerechten.
Bereiden van maaltijden: Zelfstandig (voor)bereiden van warme en koude gerechten, zorgen voor goede smaak en presentatie.
Kwaliteitscontrole: Zorgen voor een hoge kwaliteit en constante smaak van de gerechten, inclusief portionering en presentatie.
Coördinatie en aansturing van keukenpersoneel: Begeleiden en ondersteunen van het keukenteam, inclusief dagelijkse taakverdeling.
Toezicht op hygiëne en veiligheid: Zorgen dat alle HACCP-voorschriften en veiligheidsrichtlijnen worden nageleefd.
Bestellingen en voorraadbeheer: Zorgen voor de inkoop van ingrediënten en het beheer van de voorraad, om verspilling te minimaliseren.
Kostenbewaking en efficiëntie: Bijdragen aan de budgetcontrole door slim gebruik van ingrediënten en efficiënt werken.
Onderhoud van keukenapparatuur: Controleren en onderhouden van keukenapparatuur en tijdig melden van eventuele defecten.
