What are the working hours for the SPAR Customer Team Member position?
The shifts available are from 4pm to 11pm on Wednesday and Sunday, with a minimum of 14 hours per week, and possibly more hours when the store needs.
Is previous experience required for this role?
Previous experience in a similar role and/or industry is preferred, but not essential.
What customer service responsibilities will I have?
You will be responsible for greeting customers, answering inquiries, processing purchases efficiently, and upselling products.
What kind of tasks will I be expected to perform in store operations?
You will work with stock, check deliveries, maintain the sales floor, rotate stock, and complete assigned tasks such as date checking and promotional displays.
