  • Handle pricing information received from the IMPACT / BID Team, then Clean this IPT data (as per SOP) and update it in a standardized template and uploads in CW1.
  • Troubleshoot and implement client requirements.
  • Handle the contract renewals for new/existing customers.
  • Handle the new and maintain the rates in the CW1 systems for various customers.
  • Understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns.
  • Act as a key contact for various stakeholders.
  • Convince other subject matter experts to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
  • Document solutions and decisions for Stakeholders to confirm.
  • Chase owners or actions, escalates when required, ability to push-back in a documented way.
  • Manages project in matrix organization.
  • Report issues to Senior Stakeholders.
  • Document informed decisions on Designs and Solutions, for Internal or Customer-facing projects.
  • Collaborate / communicate with ITS, Operations, Customer's IT team.
  • May cooperate with and coordinate 3rd parties e.g. external service providers.
  • Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with DPDHL Managers.
