Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for Net Sales, Total Price Reductions, Margin and Total Stock targets for dedicated directly operated online platforms in close cooperation with Senior Merchandise Planner and team; online platform of low to medium complexity level
  • Alignment of budgets, other targets and overall strategy with buying
  • Responsibility for operational planning: pre-order buying budget planning for fashion and NOS assortments, in season budget planning, logistics inbound planning, input for marketing strategy in close collaboration with Senior Merchandise Planner and alignment with the team
  • Ongoing adhoc analysis in close cooperation with Senior Merchandise Planner and team to support the business and define eCom strategy
  • Responsibility for monitoring of in season performance of dedicated online platforms, defining and triggering necessary measures and actions with the teams in close cooperation with Senior Merchandise Planner and alignment with the team: relying on processes defined by Senior Merchandise Planner and team
  • Mainly maintaining and updating reports and providing the team with the numbers on a regular basis
  • Maintaining planning processes to ensure that eCom planning stays competitive in close cooperation with Senior Merchandise Planner and team: optimizing existing processes, ensuring smooth connection to interfaces, creating new processes (if needed), abolishing or changing old processes (if needed); joining projects as project team member
  • Management of internal and external global interfaces: alignment with external partners, alignment with internal global markets, communication and collaboration with all other internal interfaces to build a good partnership; manages all stakeholders being relevant for the position with guidance from Senior Merchandise Planner and team
