Responsibilities

  • Du hast in unserem Forderungsmanagement jederzeit den Überblick und hältst uns in Sachen Pfändungsprozesse administrativ den den Rücken frei.
  • Dazu betreust Du Anfragen unserer Kunden, telefonisch wie schriftlich, zu den Themen Kontosperre, Pfändungsbeträge, Drittschuldnererklärung etc. und gibst Auskunft an rechtliche Vertreter zu allen Prozessschritten.
  • Wenn es um gesetzliche und bankinterne Vorgaben geht, hast Du immer die richtige Antwort parat und weißt, welche bei der Bearbeitung der Pfändung greifen.
  • Dein Daily Business wird bei uns nie langweilig: Beschwerden und Behördenanfragen bearbeiten, SCHUFA-Rückfragen und Nachlassvorgänge prüfen und vollstreckungsvorbereitende Maßnahmen führen. Bei all dem zählen wir auf Deine Expertise und verbindliche Kommunikation.
  • So auch, wenn Du Rückfragen zu abgeschriebenen oder verkauften Forderungsportfolien, zu streitigen Verfahren oder Kundenanfragen zur Umwandlung von Girokonten in P-Konten - und wieder zurück - beantwortest. Die gültigen Policies und Arbeitsanweisungen denkst Du dabei natürlich mit.
