Responsibilities

  • Provide SuccessFactors support by partnering with the SuccessFactors HRIS manager on solution rollouts and annual processes.
  • Communicates system changes, upgrades and general information to HRIS managers and end-users
  • Provide statistical support to the HRIS team to support Data cleansing and definition
  • Support data management with an emphasis on transitioning to Oracle Cloud solution
  • Support HRIS Manager and Sr. Director HRIS, with implementation of Guided Self – Service
  • Develop analytical reports, conduct data analysis, perform information synthesis, and summarize results
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement studies, analyze data, and provide them with recommendations based on the results.
  • Understand the business applications and apply the best techniques to improve organizational data structure
  • Ensure the security and integrity of HR data through regular audits and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain detailed user manuals and system guidelines.
