Responsibilities

  • Create and drive enterprise Talent strategy and design, consulting across the Enterprise to shape direction and strengthened the Talent pipeline and engagement.
  • Lead strategy across all talent programs including Performance Management Talent Pipelining, Competency modelling, skills & coaching, and Workforce planning and Inclusion
  • Partner with McDonald’s Global Shared Services People Experience team, Talent Leads and People Partners to ensure outstanding deployment and tangible impact. Partner with McDonald’s Global Business Services leadership team within Talent Acquisition and Talent Management to ensure a seamless transition from strategy to delivery under our new transformed organization.
  • Partner effectively with the Global Business Services, Change Management, Organizational Design, Organizational Effectiveness and Total Reward People Solutions teams to ensure an aligned and effective approach to building enterprise Talent capability.
  • Coach and develop the Talent Strategy & Design team for growth and develop our Enterprise capability to develop Talent through strong partnership with our People Partner team and Segment Talent Leads
  • Expertise in adapting Talent strategies to ensure inclusive, universally applicable tools and processes which can operate within office environments and also with restaurants, across different levels of seniority and internationally.
  • Operate from a mindset of continual improvement and entrepreneurship with strong influencing and communication skills to ensure effective adaptation and deployment of tools through the transformation journey.
