Responsibilities

  • Manages confidential information. May distribute or manage information based on direction from President, taking appropriate actions as necessary exercising a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Provides administrative support for the President that may include typing, mailing, emailing, copying and other essential administrative duties.
  • Maintains President’s calendar, makes all necessary arrangements for appointments, event management, travel, and meetings.
  • Screens/prioritizes/directs incoming calls and mail/correspondence to the President, responding to the caller and taking appropriate actions as required. Acts as a liaison between senior leaders and the President.
  • Develops and maintains reports (including expense reports), databases, presentations, spreadsheets and/or files as appropriate and required.
  • Initiates and follows-up action items for appropriate parties.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
