Responsibilities

  • Analyze, support and manage key executive compensation areas and materials, including but not limited to, analyses and materials for the annual proxy filing and Compensation Committee and Board of Director meetings.
  • Conduct job evaluations and market studies for the VP and above population.
  • Manage and provide support for equity incentive administration, including accurate and timely granting and reporting of all equity awards (Restricted Stock Units, Performance Stock Units and Stock Options), vestings including proper taxation, and data accuracy of stock administration platform. Work with third party plan administrator in implementing plan changes.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, Human Resources and other key stakeholders as needed in providing equity analyses, and compensation information for executive population, as well as data for specific regulatory and compliance programs.
  • Establish key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • In partnership with the Compensation team, facilitate the year-end Annual Compensation Planning Cycle with a focus on the long-term incentive eligible population.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of communication materials to the executive population, including program brochures.
