  • Familiar with statistical analysis, process engineering (DOE, Document Control, 8D)

Responsibilities

  • Project manage logistic of ATE hardware deployment, from RFQ spec creation to NPI or production release
  • Main contact with ATE hardware board and socket vendors for technical, commercial and operational aspects
  • Own vendor tier strategy for boards, sockets based on technical, operational, quality and commercial benchmarks
  • Manage spending budget for ATE hardware spending
  • Interface with Product Groups Engineering teams for forecast on ATE Hardware requirement and execute to support NPI timeline
  • Interface with Factory Operations teams for forecast on ATE hardware requirement and execute to support revenue/capacity
  • Own standardization of mechanical aspect of ATE hardware
  • Benchmark and create standard for Socket and Pin Type technology
  • Identify and execute areas for Gross Margin Improvement Initiative in areas related to ATE hardware
  • Manage and provide improvement plan for systems or processes to request, procure, track, inventory management, health indicators of ATE hardware
