  • Lead and manage a team of HR business partners and the Talent Acquisition function for North America, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate trust and influence as a strategic thought leader and change agent, driving people and cultural transformation across North America.
  • Translate business strategies into people priorities, aligning them with the company’s vision to achieve business goals and delivering results.
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with our Global HR Strategy and Regional business priorities, as well as close collaboration with our regional HR COEs.
  • Define and deliver a talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent for today and to prepare for tomorrow.
  • Assess data, interpret information, and present insights on organizational effectiveness and performance.
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching with leaders to enhance leadership capabilities and continue to foster a diverse and inclusive culture.
  • Lead complex organizational transformations and advise leaders on human capital strategy.
  • Ensure consistency in deployment of global people processes across North America.
  • Partner with Regional HR Operations Manager to ensure best in class support for our employees and improvement of our processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Elevate the HR function by implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Facilitate change management processes and support leaders through organizational changes.
  • Utilize people analytics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
