Responsibilities

  • Oversee rollout and application of Red Bull global sales framework & curriculum into RBNA. Identify, create and deliver additional Sales training program(s) focused on core skill development across Sales & Distribution disciplines, with a focus on competitive differentiation. Collaborate with RBNA Talent, cross-functional and global Sales to integrate North America specific curriculum while aligning with Red Bull framework around Sales & Talent Development. Conduct research to determine strategies for future development.
  • Facilitate training classes. Coach and develop Sales Training & Development specialists, along with identified field sales partners who assist with training execution Drive program acceptance within sales organization, through feedback & coaching and manager engagement Enable field based training programs where deemed necessary.
  • Manage and monitor annual RBNA sales training budget Partner with RBNA Talent to design and implement evaluation metrics to produce results on training effectiveness. Implement and manage RBNA annual Sales Training calendar and delivery timeline based on key organizational milestones including new hires, on-going and progressive training, annual meetings and launches.
