What is the primary responsibility of the Sr. Manager, Sales Training?
The primary responsibility is to maximize the effectiveness of the Red Bull North America Sales & Distribution team through the oversight, development, integration, and delivery of training programs that enhance skills, knowledge, and abilities to meet business objectives.
What experience is required for this role?
Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in sales development, commercial training, or a similar position, preferably in the CPG or Beverage industry, along with 2+ years of previous sales/account management experience.
What kind of training programs will the Sr. Manager oversee?
The Sr. Manager will oversee training programs focused on Retail Sales, Distribution, Category Insights, Foodservice, and Trade Marketing, as well as develop additional training programs targeting core skill development across Sales & Distribution disciplines.
Are there any preferred qualifications for this position?
Yes, experience in the CPG industry and/or Beverage experience is preferred, along with a proven track record in curriculum development, content generation, training delivery, and familiarity with CRM and LMS systems.
What tools and techniques will be utilized in training delivery?
The role will utilize long-distance learning tools and techniques, gamification, and practical applications of CRM and LMS systems.
What skills are essential for this position?
Essential skills include outstanding communication (written and verbal), listening and facilitation skills, along with strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
What is the salary range for this position?
The base salary range for this position is between $115,000 to $173,000 plus cash incentives.
