Responsibilities

  • Talent Development & People Leadership:
  • Lead, develop and inspire sales teams to create and achieve both professional and personal goals that align with the Rogers values and contribute to the overall growth of the RSM organization.
  • Conduct mid year and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Foster and promote an inclusive and diverse work environment for employees.
  • Coach and mentor account executives/sales associates.
  • Sales Planning and Execution:
  • Provide leadership to sales teams by identifying customers across industry verticals and geographies that best qualify for renewal, retention, upsell and cross-sell programs by way of account planning and customer management through Salesorce.
  • Provide support and strategic insight for the annual Corporate deal renewal and negotiations
  • Lead quarterly business reviews for agency/customer base business.
  • Track and monitor the progress of agency/client commitments and propose course correcting measures as required to execute and deliver against business objectives.
  • Through the use of data & analytics, better understand and support customer needs, drive value improvement, and increase multi-platform and Video adoption across existing lines of business
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of customer, competitor, and market trends. Stays up-to-date with industry best practices and standards through events, seminars, industry publications and newsletters- Communicating the information to the sales teams to maximize sales opportunities and promote growth and development.
  • Conduct internal reviews on sales strategies and weigh them against results in order to identify areas of improvement & growth and subsequently relay this information to senior sales management for consideration and approval.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work cross-functionally with Advanced Advertising Solutions, Sports, Elevate and other platform experts to create effective customer programs and deliver revenue targets across RSM platforms.
  • Interface with Sales Leadership and provide weekly reporting/forecasting through Anaplan and Salesforce.
  • Monitor and improve sales targets, deal and business revenues and strategies, summarizing and presenting action plans, incorporating feedback and learnings from sales results and analytics.
  • Manage and establish relationships with external stakeholders to develop and support sales strategies to drive growth across customer base.
  • You will also be required to perform other duties delegated by the Director of Agency & RSM Sales and the Vice President of Sales relative to our people and our business.
