Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategy: Define and drive the product growth strategy that focuses on user acquisition, conversion, retention, and product adoption. Own and manage the product roadmap for growth, aligning initiatives with company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify and Prioritize Opportunities: Use data analytics and qualitative insights to identify opportunities for growth across the user funnel (e.g., awareness, activation, engagement, retention, product adoption). Prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Experimentation and A/B Testing: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize user acquisition, conversion rates, retention, and product adoption. Iterate on findings and develop data-driven recommendations to improve product performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration and Leadership: Lead cross-functional efforts and work closely with engineering, data, design, and marketing to execute growth initiatives and experiments.
  • Product Optimization: Continually optimize onboarding experiences, user flows, and in-product messaging to improve user retention, reduce churn, and increase product adoption. Collaborate on initiatives like personalization, recommendations, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor, analyze, and report on product performance metrics, and use these insights to inform product decisions. Build dashboards and set up tracking for key growth metrics (e.g., LTV, CAC, activation rate, conversion funnels).
