Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end Messaging experiences and platforms that touch every part of the Eater journey, from the home screen to checkout and delivery. Across these surfaces, you'll own the full stack, in doing so, you'll be creating and leading execution on an exciting roadmap to materially shape the way tens of millions of people interact with the Uber Eats app.
  • Partner with design, research, data science, engineering, and other PM stakeholders to understand user needs and pain points, and then design holistic solutions to address them.
  • Work with product, operations, sales, and other partner teams around the company to understand their use cases and integrate them appropriately in the Eater app.
