  • Work cross-functionally to design and build and launch scalable sleep program with access to sleep consultants.
  • Define hiring needs for scaling sleep consultant programs.
  • Implement an effective onboarding program for newly hired sleep consultants, ensuring they have the tools and training needed to succeed.
  • Establish metrics and processes to evaluate program performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Lead the scaling of Hatch’s sleep programs, managing both the operational and strategic aspects of program growth.
  • Grow and manage a team of sleep consultants, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
