Responsibilities

  • Lead HR technology projects and programs, with a focus on digital solutions.
  • Identify, assess and mitigate project risks. Develop and provide remediation plans if needed.
  • Communicate key risks and issues to management and sponsors at all levels of the organization, and complete risk mitigation and remediation activities.
  • Assemble and report project status using IT PPM tools and IT project management framework standards.
  • Develop and document standard methodologies and tools for project execution and management.
  • Work closely with implementation partners and third-party vendors to ensure the successful execution of projects, including overseeing contract negotiations, budget management, and adherence to project timelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Conducting regular quality reviews to ensure the accuracy and completeness of project work, including functional specifications, test plans, and related materials.
