Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex business problems and determine the most effective systems solutions within Workday's Human Capital Management system
  • Design, develop, and test software applications and improvements related to HCM business structure hierarchies, supervisory organizations, job profiles, and business processes, talent, performance management
  • Prepare written documentation - both functional and technical - for a wide variety of system analysis, specifications, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and testing and training documentation
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to successfully implement and maintain systems
  • Provide technical expertise and support to end-users
  • Solve helpdesk cases and provide answers/solutions for the implemented HR functions of personnel administration, organization management, compensation management, and manager self-service (MSS)/employee self-service (ESS) and interfaces (inbound/outbound)
