  • Leading and challenging SRM activities for the Home HealthCare Global Business Unit (HHC / SEPPIC / ALMS) and coordinating supplier qualification, risk analysis, and the according mitigation action plans.
  • Launching and following Sustainability-Critical Suppliers annual campaign.
  • SIM (Supplier Interface Management) Project Manager & Solution Owner for Home Healthcare activities with the Healthcare Procurement Transformation Manager.
  • Maintaining and implementing SRM and Risk monitoring tools: supplier qualitative and quantitative assessments, contract management, and SRM dashboards.
  • Aligning and streamlining SRM processes to improve the organization efficiency.
  • Deploy SRM procedures and centralized tools.
  • Managing relationships with internal clients and enhancing interfaces with the Air Liquide Group Procurement.
  • Conducting centralized performance evaluations.
  • Point of contact to the Group Procurement (BPO) about SRM (inc. climate, cybersecurity, ethics,...) topics.
  • Preparing and coordinating supplier performance evaluations campaign across the Healthcare entities.
  • Training for HHC GBU procurement teams.
