Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project managers, departments, and external agencies to implement and execute Interlocal Agreements
  • Prepares Request for Council Action (RCA) using NOVUS
  • Review and route agreement documents for management review and approval
  • Prepares correspondence for payments for Interlocal Agreements with City contributions
  • Maintain and update the Agreement tracker to provide clear visibility into the status of all Agreements
  • Coordinates with City departments and agencies on Agreement related matters
  • Identify areas for process efficiency and improvement
  • Identify and address any non-compliance issues promptly
  • Proactively communicate updates and changes to stakeholders, ensuring information is current throughout the Agreement lifecycle
  • Performs audit checks throughout the life of the Agreements
  • Represents the department at meetings to gather general and project information
  • Any other duties assigned
