Responsibilities

  • You will be working with a multi-disciplinary care team to ensure that the patient’s rehabilitation journey is individualised, and goals are achieved by the patients to reach their optimum level to return to their own home or suitable placement sourced whilst embodying the Trust’s values.
  • We also provide end of life care to patients approaching their last days and weeks of life.
  • Tarrant Ward supports student nurse placements and return to nursing students and all staff are encouraged to contribute to a learning environment.
  • Additionally, we have links with Bournemouth University where there is the opportunity to undertake specialist modules.
