What are the primary responsibilities of this position?
The primary responsibilities include evaluating training needs, developing e-learning strategies, creating or revising course materials, coordinating and conducting training, and performing administrative tasks necessary for training programs.

Minimum qualifications can be found in the Class Specification for the positions of Staff Services Analyst and Associate Governmental Program Analyst.

Yes, a background investigation may be required, but applicants will not be asked for conviction history information until they receive a conditional offer of employment.
What is required in the Statement of Qualifications (SOQ)?
The SOQ should address your experience delivering and/or developing training and provide an example of a project you managed, including how you overcame obstacles and kept the project on track.
What are the working hours for this position?
The working hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
