  • sporządza projekty planów finansowych TJO oraz sporządza wnioski do Centrali o dokonanie korekt w planie finansowym TJO w oparciu o dane i zapotrzebowanie przygotowane przez komórki merytoryczne lub obsługiwane centrum
  • monitoruje i kontroluje zaangażowanie środków w ramach zatwierdzonego planu finansowego TJO
  • dokonywać, na podstawie sprawozdawczości finansowej, okresowych analiz, kontroli i oceny stopnia realizacji zatwierdzonego planu finansowego TJO
  • opiniuje wnioski komórek merytorycznych o przeprowadzenie postępowania o zamówienie publiczne pod względem zabezpieczenia środków w planie finansowym TJO.
