What is the primary responsibility of the Sterile Supply Solutions Consultant?
The primary responsibility is to act as a healthcare sterile processing and perioperative operations expert, providing innovative solutions and improvements to healthcare customers.
Is travel required for this position?
Yes, this position requires travel up to 70% annually, domestically by air and car.
What qualifications are preferred for this role?
A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with at least 10 years of related healthcare industry experience and 3-5 years in a management position. Certification in LEAN Management or Six Sigma is also highly preferred.
What are the working hours for this position?
Normal office hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday; however, additional hours and weekend work may be required based on the nature of the position.

What type of background check is required?
A national criminal background check and drug screening are required as part of the vendor credentialing process.

Above-average computer skills in Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, are required.
What is the expected salary range for this position?
The targeted salary range is between $134,600 and $144,600, plus variable compensation.
Is experience in peri-operative services preferred?
Yes, 10+ years of experience in Peri-operative Services or Central Service Departments is preferred.
What are the physical demands associated with this job?
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as part of their job functions.
