Responsibilities

Control of audits of goods in paperwork to ensure process is followed, responding to accounts payable claims
Ensuring warehouse layout is utilised efficiently within product categories including putaway algorithms and pick sequence
Maximise the use of reports on report manager / JDA solutions and MMS to keep KPI targets in line for net adjustments and full cyclical counts of the warehouse
Control of short dated / QA and aged stock, liaising with trading and buying teams
Quality checking / Spot Checking picked pallets, within set targets and accurate recording of information
Liaising with other internal / external departments via email
Reporting of daily duties in line with set tasks and Adhoc duties as required
Work closely with the warehouse teams to support the operation
Excellent numerical skills, experience in Warehouse Management systems (JDA dispatcher)
Good knowledge of Excel and Word are required for the role.
