What are the working hours for the Store Colleague position?
Shifts are required from 7am to 8:30pm, including weekends on a rota basis.
Is experience in a customer-facing role required?
While ideally, we prefer candidates with experience in a customer-facing environment, it is not mandatory.
How many hours will I be contracted for?
You will receive a minimum contract of 16 hours, but you may often be required to work more hours to cover busy periods, absences, and holidays.
What kind of training will I receive as a Store Colleague?
You will undergo 6 months of industry-leading training covering key aspects of the role, including handling and caring for pets, customer service, and health and safety.
