  • Manage the site surveys for new openings as well as remodeling projects
  • Prepare the brief for each new location and raise the potential key constraints of the premise to enable the kick-off of the Store design phase
  • Coordinate the store design with Global Store Design team to ensure the final drawings take into the premise specificities and the legal market constraints
  • Manage the tendering process and GC selection
  • Create schedule for the projects and share it with internal and external parties
  • Manages and monitors project schedules within budget guidelines
  • Manage trustful relationships with suppliers and external parties
  • Consolidates, communicates and manages all issues and risks affecting the project
  • Communicates project status across all relative departments to insure on time delivery
  • Monitors and evaluates vendor performance during construction phase
  • Report on progress through all stages with team manager and projects’ internal stakeholders
  • Manage handover of new stores to the retail team
  • Lead post-project analyses, adapt and optimize existing methods
