Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve monthly business objectives.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently.
  • Drive store sales and manage budgets to meet financial targets.
  • Oversee stock levels, orders, and inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain high standards of visual presentation and store layout to improve sales via product layout, grouping and internal/external display.
  • Ensure all company policies, procedures, and operational standards are adhered to.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and training to employees.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and customers.
  • To carry out additional duties when and where necessary (including attending Brand product launches).
