The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field is required, along with at least 6 years of relevant work experience in HR, including 3 years in healthcare and 3 years in employee relations.
Are there certification requirements for this position?
Yes, candidates must obtain one of the following certifications within 2 years of hire: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or another nationally recognized Human Resources related certification.
What are some key responsibilities of the Strategic Employee Relations Consultant?
The role involves partnering with all levels of the organization as an employee relations Subject Matter Expert, managing investigations, creating and implementing HR programs, and providing consultative services on employee relations issues.
