Responsibilities

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Eat's business performance in the suburbs and share strategic insights with senior leadership to influence decision making
  • Develop executive-level communications and presentations for Delivery's senior leadership team
  • Provide analytical thought leadership for big picture strategy projects (Flywheel, Launch & Expansion, etc) partnering directly with other project lead team members
  • Identify, scope, and recommend solutions, then take ownership for delivering on the project and the outcomes, as well as keeping leadership informed of progress
  • Play a leadership role in developing and standardizing analytical tools; building executive level dashboards, frameworks and processes; to up-level and redefine analytically grounded decision making at all levels of the business
  • Work cross-functionally with other operations teams as well as Commercial, Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, etc. to ensure insights inform broader critical initiatives
