Responsibilities

  • Contingent worker onboarding lifecycle management
  • Data entry into Workday following all local laws and regulations
  • Submit, obtain and store required documentation from each contingent worker in our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool, DocuSign CLM
  • Reconciliation of resources quarterly with key stakeholders
  • Participate in activities related to VNDLY implementation and upgrades, including but not limited to, testing, training, change management, and cutover
  • Identify strategy improvements related to Contingent Labor process and technology
  • Adhere to set SLA measurements outlined for the Contingent Labor team
  • Shift time will be 9am-6pm EST
  • Assist in ongoing production support of technologies, including timely response of all stakeholder queries and leading internal support efforts by investigating, troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Observe, evaluate, document, and continuously improve upon existing processes and systems, with a focus on implementing best practices to streamline business processes
  • Build, generate, analyze, summarize, monitor, and distribute ongoing and ad-hoc reports as needed
  • Provide support to end users and suppliers to ensure the accurate and timely processing of all requisitions, legal requirements, orders, and invoices
  • Develop, update, enhance, and monitor solutions to drive positive results while maintaining a high quality of data, including but not limited to high quality HR, IT, and documentation data
  • Assist in internal and external audits
  • Responsible for maintenance and enforcement of Procurement policies
  • Utilize dashboard to run metrics for compliance, identify training opportunities and escalate policy violations
