Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise in SWP to facilitate development of workforce strategies to support the SWP team, including working directly with SWP customers.
  • Assist with the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Assist in cleaning and analyzing workforce data and/or survey data to identify patterns, challenges, and trends of significance.
  • Provide project management support, including creating client-ready briefings, presentations, slide decks, written reports, data visualizations, and other products that analyze workforce characteristics/trends.
  • Recommend strategies to address challenges, coordinate requests across multiple workstreams, and assist with updating project status materials.
  • Collaborate with the team to synthesize, update, and develop career development resources, including but not limited to workshop/webinar materials, facilitation guides, process guides, and one-pagers.
  • Design, develop, and facilitate internal training for the Strategic Workforce Planning team to include topics of research, analysis, consulting, strategic thinking, and briefing.
