Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or other related field (or equivalent work experience) required; advanced degree preferred (e.g MBA)
  • 2+ years of experience in a consulting, market research, or Chief of Staff role
  • Experience in business strategy development preferred
  • FINRA SIE License preferred
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to communicate constructively within the department and the firm
  • Excellent attention to detail, an exceptionally high degree of initiative and adaptability, and the ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the management and create detailed and in-depth documentation such as presentations, plans, proposals, and reports.
  • Support cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments and driving execution from inception to completion.
  • Manage confidential data, including sensitive business, financial and personnel information.
  • Manage product meetings, including agenda setting, presentation preparation, and follow-up.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Track and follow-up on key deliverable for matrix teams.
  • Update and create JIRA tickets, and confluence for the teams, to ensure alignment.
  • Generate reports utilizing business intelligence tools and present findings.
  • And any daily or ad-hoc tasks such as expense reports completion, submitting tickets, submitting changes in HRIS platform.
