Responsibilities

  • Head up the social strategy team. Mentoring the more junior strategists and playing a pivotal role on key social accounts.
  • Challenge all strategists with in-depth knowledge of the social landscape. Push them to be more in the now and in the know of what is happening on the platforms and in culture.
  • Uncover original human insights through social listening, consumer safaris, video interviews, data analysis and other research means.
  • Use these insights to wow clients, creatives and other agency peers.
  • Develop effective communication strategies.
  • Translate business objectives into real world tactics.
  • Take an active role during creative development, expanding first creative ideas into social approaches and campaign plans.
  • Educate agency peers about relevant new communication and consumer behavior developments.
