Responsibilities

  • U4B and Uber Health Support: Analyze business metrics and customer behavior to feed into customer engagement and experience strategies. Identify other opportunities for growth, and support the implementation of strategic initiatives for these businesses.
  • Competitive Analysis: Collaborate with Ops leadership and S&P teams across EMEA and the U.S. to develop and iterate on game-theoretical models and deliver analytical support for competitive strategies.
  • Performance Management: Build and maintain performance monitoring systems. Develop a comprehensive understanding of actions that drive results across Rides, U4B, and Health.
  • Program/Project Management: Support regional initiatives by working cross-functionally with teams across EMEA and the U.S., ensuring alignment on priorities and execution.
  • Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, leveraging internal data to design and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Relationship Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Business Development, People Operations, Product, Legal, Finance, Rides, U4B, Health, etc.) to ensure effective partnerships and execution.
