Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing, operationalizing and measuring strategies to enable Uber Eats to hit our strategic objectives
  • Scale processes, build solutions and support product launches to improve the customer experience for consumers, merchants, and delivery partners.
  • Collaborate with several cross-functional teams to bring initiatives to life, including Tech, Policy, Legal, Strategy & Planning, Marketing, Finance and HQ.
  • Proactively research and identify potential partners across industries that align with our growth objectives. Support Business Development with outreach and negotiations.
  • Assist the Business Development team in designing and executing campaigns, promotions, and joint marketing efforts to attract and retain new users.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to continuously refine and innovate growth opportunities.
