Responsibilities

Analyse and assess data from sources across the business to identify opportunities to deliver value or solve problems.
Scope and recommend solutions and the approach to delivering results.
Support workshops with experts and end users to design effective solutions.
Collaborate in multi-disciplinary squads to design, trial, problem solve and stress test changes to ensure they are right for the business, colleagues, customers, and communities.
Remain focussed on the end users and business as usual (BAU), ensuring changes are designed for adoption to deliver measurable results.
Support the delivery of new operating procedures into BAU, and transformation projects as a functionally agnostic champion for customers, colleagues, the business, and the planet.
