Requirements

Responsibilities

  • The Engagement team will oversee all proactive communication to online distance learners from King’s Digital, ensuring timely, tailored and relevant student engagement.
  • The Student Engagement Advisor will, with the guidance of the Student Engagement Manager, support the curation and delivery of a programme of events, community building and communication and engagement initiatives.
  • This will include organising online and in-person events, drafting communication, analysing and acting upon student feedback, and working closely with the broader Student Support and King’s Digital team.
  • Additionally, the role will involve considerable collaboration with other teams and stakeholders to ensure an excellent student experience, from welcome to graduation.
