The primary role of the Subcontract Administrator is to fully administer larger complex Federal Construction type subcontracts and/or multiple smaller subcontracts, ensuring compliance with procurement requirements and providing exceptional service to government clients.
What are the minimum qualifications for this position?
The minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline with 10 years of relevant experience, or 15 years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma/GED. Familiarity with federal and commercial procurement guidelines, as well as experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), is also required.
Is experience in industrial/government construction valued for this role?

What are the physical requirements for this job?
The physical requirements include intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, and lifting limited to 20 lbs., as well as occasional travel and working near construction job site equipment.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook email is required for this position, along with solid writing skills.
Will the Subcontract Administrator need to work at the INL site?
Yes, the Subcontract Administrator must be able to work at the INL site, which is approximately 55 miles west of Idaho Falls, Idaho, on a rotating basis.
