  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading, training, and motivating the store team to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service, product knowledge and problem resolution.
  • Assist in driving store sales and achieving financial goals.
  • Oversee stock levels, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain and execute high standards of visual presentation and store layout.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for staff and customers.
