Responsibilities

  • Als Flächenheld:in optimierst du mit Hilfe unserer Premiumprodukte und unserem exzellenten Service gemeinsam mit deinem Team das Verkaufserlebnis und machst unsere Kund:innen zu Fans
  • Im regelmäßigen Austausch mit dem Store Management besprichst du die Abteilungsentwicklung, KPIs sowie die Umsatzziele
  • Die Visual Merchandising Standards werden gemeinsam von dir und dem VM- Team umgesetzt und sichergestellt
  • Unsere digitalen Tools wie StorIQ und Click & Collect werden von dir selbstständig genutzt
  • Die Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter:innen, deren Weiterentwicklung sowie individuelle Mitarbeitergespräche werden von dir mit betreut
