Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality excellence throughout to ensure our approach is aligned to our supply quality standards: AS9100 and ISO9001:2015
  • Resolve quality issues by identifying problems, examining solution options, implementing action plans, and providing resources.
  • Effectively communicate and reinforce the businesses commitment to quality excellence.
  • Use best practice quality tools such as PPAP/APQP and 8D problem resolution
  • Working closely with NPI team to ensure pre-production process is supported and quality information is gathered and reported before product release.
  • Participate in the use of Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) where required.
  • Maintain, manage and improve non-conformance reporting (NCR) system and allocation of tasks as part of ongoing QMS processes and any reviews.
  • Apply appropriate Measurement System Analysis tools and define, manage, and report on the production key performance indicators (KPI's)
