Responsibilities

  • This Supply Specialist Jr. position will be part of the MARSOC staff located at Stone Bay, Camp Lejeune, NC.
  • In this Supply Specialist Jr. (Admin Associate Jr.) position, the incumbent will perform the full spectrum of Supply function duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to requisitioning, reconciliation, Due and Status File (DASF), Mechanized Allowance List (MAL), Consolidated Memorandum Receipt (CMR), Fiscal, and other related specialty areas.
  • The Contractor shall maintain and prepare necessary accounting and supply documents, custody records, perform reconciliations using AIS such as: GCSS-MC; Procurement Request (PR) Builder; G-Invoicing, Wide Area Workflow (WAWF); Standard Accounting Budgeting and Reporting System (SABRS); SABRS Management Analysis Retrieval System (SMARTS); Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) and SSAVIE.
  • Work will be performed inside a large facility.
  • Work assignments vary based on client requirements.
  • Position could require some night and weekend work.
  • Some travel may be required based on client requirements.
  • Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
  • Phone use and PC or laptop.
  • Filing required.
  • May require lifting and carrying boxes of supplies or files up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have sufficient mobility, included but not limited to: bending, reaching, turning and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Work assignments dependent on requirements by the client.
  • It is important to be able to work at least 8 hours a day for 5 days per week (Monday through Friday).
  • Must exhibit flexibility of work hours to adjust to surge situations based on critical mission requirements.
