What qualifications are required to apply for the program?
We are looking for individuals with degrees in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical), Chemistry, Health, Safety & Environment, Business, or Supply Chain at an Undergraduate or Master’s level.
Is fluency in a second language required for the program?
Fluency in English and German is required, and knowledge of another European language is beneficial.
Is relocation necessary during the program?
Yes, participants will need to be prepared to relocate to other Ecolab facilities in Germany, such as Monheim am Rhein, Biebesheim, and Siegsdorf.
What skills are valued for this program?
We value self-driven individuals with problem-solving skills, creative thinking, excellent communication and presentation skills, cultural sensitivity, and experience with tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and PowerApps.
What types of experiences will I gain during the program?
You will gain diverse experiences across various disciplines within the Supply Chain, including manufacturing, logistics, planning, lean, and engineering.
