The duration of the Supply Chain Graduate Program is 24 months.
How many assignments will I complete during the program?
You will complete 3 to 6 assignments in various functional areas during the program.
What functional areas will I rotate through?
You will rotate amongst the following functional areas: Logistics, Material Planning, Customer Service, and Supply Chain Enablement.
What type of degree is required to apply for this program?
A bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or any related field with a successful academic record is required.
Is prior work experience necessary for this program?
Up to 2 years of work experience is preferred, ideally within a multinational environment, with supply chain experience being a plus.
What skills are essential for candidates applying to this program?
Essential skills include strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language, advanced knowledge of MS Office, and a willingness to learn and develop leadership skills.
