Responsibilities

  • Manages various administrative activities.
  • Recommends modifications to procedures or processes impacting operations to maximize efficiency, productivity, and reduce costs.
  • Ensures compliance with company standards in accuracy, safety, and productivity.
  • Oversees the full cycle of the procurement process.
  • Manages product availability, assortment levels, and variety to guarantee a proper flow of inventory in the facility.
  • Evaluates and researches complex inventory discrepancies to identify, diagnosis, and resolve problems.
  • Implements continuous improvement by communicating challenges, findings, and suggestions in conjunction with the Operations Manager.
  • Ensures quality requirements are followed throughout the facility.
  • Performs root cause analysis and develops corrective action plans.
  • Ensures customers receive outstanding and differentiating customer experience by understanding and responding appropriately to stated and unstated customer needs (internal and external).
  • Manages escalations relating to products or services, handling problem tickets, and providing feedback to leadership regarding customer issues.
  • Leads efforts driving customer experience and supports training, education and upskilling as needed.
  • Manages research into customer trends, customer surveys and develops strategies and programs around identified opportunities leveraging analytics insights.
  • Drives customer engagement and retention for the entire customer journey that will impact the customer experience, revenues and Likely to Recommend (LTR) scores.
  • Communicates effectively with associates regarding business objectives or current issues.
  • Provides associates with meaningful developmental opportunities and prepares them for upward promotion as applicable.
  • Leads and supports associates through change.
