Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or similar.

  • Experience/Competence in leading go-live support and warranty periods.

Responsibilities

  • The Supply Planning Analyst is accountable of the following deliverables:
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced supply chain processes.
  • Ensure that new processes align with business objectives and integrate seamlessly within the E2E value chain.
  • Collaborate with the Process Stream Owner to enhance global design and testing.
  • Find opportunities for continuous improvement in supply planning processes.
  • Plan, organise, and implement project streams effectively by providing critical data support.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and implement necessary adjustments to achieve desired results.
  • Work with the Training Lead to develop comprehensive training programs that transform detailed content into actionable knowledge.
  • Lead customers through go-live and warranty periods ensuring new processes are established and sustained.
  • Provide one-on-one training and support to planners transitioning to the new platform.
  • Drive structural progress in digital adoption.
  • Lead the technical knowledge & capability of the adoption critical metrics.
  • Engage with various teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of Advanced Supply Planning solutions.
  • Provide one-to-one training and support to planners transitioning to the new platform.
  • Lead problem-solving efforts and root cause analysis during the readiness and the warranty periods.
  • Collaborate closely to ensure business objectives are met within the E2E value chain.
  • Partner to transform detailed content into effective training programs.
  • Ensure understanding of new processes and revised ways of working in priority markets.
  • Contribute as an experienced resource to the Advanced Planning System program timelines.
