Responsibilities

  • Ensuring uptime of our Ultrasonic level and density systems by reviewing the data and analysis of our live systems. Troubleshooting where issues are identified and problem resolve to fix.
  • Analysing the data and working with the R and D team to automatically improve systems
  • Develop our remote support tools, particularly to enable more automated diagnosis and improvements
  • Supporting our customers by connecting remotely to installations to check they are working correctly and troubleshooting where issues are identified
  • Work with development team on new product design and upgrades
  • Training field engineers and distributors
  • Develop our continuous improvement culture within our R and D Department
