  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs).
  • Foster independence and self-confidence in students, encouraging positive behaviour and emotional development.
  • Support students in accessing the curriculum, tailoring your approach to meet each student’s individual needs and abilities.
  • Help with personal care tasks, including hygiene, mobility and eating, ensuring that all tasks are carried out with dignity and respect.
